Braids are not just for the bohemian wedding – classic or modern, a romantic braid is prefect for every bride.
Braids work for any hair type - thick, thin, straight or curly - and they are not only beautiful, but practical too! Don't panic if you aren't Rapunzel, most braided styles will work on shoulder length hair too. Considering a braided style for your big day? Get inspired by some of these hair creations:
Single Braid
Add a single braid to an up-do style for an understated yet chic look.
Braided Bun
The doughnut bun has been a huge hair trend over the past couple of years. Why not jazz it up with a braid for a sleek and modern style on your wedding day?
Crown, Band or Halo Braid
We have seen this style made popular again by the Olsen twins & Sienna Miller. The braid delicately frames your face and looks fabulous on ladies with a fringe.
Ethereal Braid
The true fairytale hairstyle, the ethereal braid is romantic and perfect for long locks.
Side Braid
Show off you length and keep it simple with a fishtale braid. Keep the braid tight for a modern look or loose and flowing for a relaxed feel.
To finish your look off, add flowers for an elegant accent, a jewelled hair piece for an instant lift or a delicate hair pin for a touch of old-world glamour.
