Hi, I'm Kerri, the planner and coordinator behind The Bridal Muse.
I'm based in Canberra and I work across the ACT, NSW, Tasmania and Australia wide, planning and coordinating weddings for couples who want their day to feel calm, personal and completely them.
Most couples come to me feeling a bit overwhelmed. There's a spreadsheet somewhere, a Pinterest board with 400 pins, and a growing pile of vendor emails nobody has answered. That's exactly where I come in.
Full and partial planning
If you want someone in your corner from the very beginning, I'll plan your wedding as if it were my own. I source and shortlist vendors matched to your style and budget, gather quotes and availability, book and attend venue site visits, track your budget, manage your RSVPs, organise your invitations and stationery, and give you access to your own planning dashboard so everything lives in one place. If you've already booked a few key vendors, my partial planning option picks up from wherever you are and fills in the rest.
Day of coordination
Available in 8, 10 or 12 hour packages, this is for couples who have loved the planning but don't want to be the ones running the day. From four weeks out I take over all vendor communication, build your full wedding day timeline and runsheet, send every supplier a detailed vendor pack, run your rehearsal, manage bump in and setup including all your DIY pieces, and then cue every moment of your day from the ceremony through to your last dance. You also get unlimited support and a detailed planning meeting in the lead up, because coordination is never just about the one day.
What working with me is actually like
I'm warm, organised and very hard to rattle. I know Canberra's venues and vendors inside out, which means I can tell you which caterer will nail your buffet, which venue has a music system quirk you need to know about, and who will look after you properly on the day. I'm also the person chasing the payment schedule, the booking code and the answer nobody has replied to yet.
My couples tell me the best part is the last few weeks before the wedding, when the questions stop landing in their inbox and start landing in mine.
I take on a limited number of weddings each year so I can give every couple proper attention. If your date is still free, I'd love to chat.
