Run by Ai Charles - a qualified pastry chef with over 15 years of experience, creates all of our cakes from scratch using the best locally sourced ingredients. We offer fondant, buttercream and ganache cakes that are carefully and artistically decorated with fresh seasonal or handmade wafer paper florals. We also cater for custom requests. Our purposefully built patisserie kitchen is fully licensed and registered with the Logan City Council with 5 Star Eat Safe rating.
Our small home based cake business is located in Shailer Park, QLD, and we cater (and deliver) across all Brisbane and Gold Coast areas.
