Dannielle + David

This real wedding was featured on an episode of the TV show Four Weddings, And Dannielle and David were lucky enough to win (and walk away with a luxury honeymoon to Bora Bora...). The pair met - coincidentally enough - while Dannielle was out celebrating her sister's hen's night. He caught her eye with his classic dance moves, or lack of, in Dannielle's words.







David surprised Dannielle with a proposal on her birthday during a helicopter ride in New Zealand, he began explaining his feelings to her over a glass or two of champagne and the next thing Dannielle knew he produced the ring!

The wedding took place at the beautiful Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat in a secluded rocky grove. Dannielle looked radiant in her Maggie Sottero gown, and the ceremony proved to be a very emotional one, says Danielle, "my step daughter and son (Kallara and Logan), read a beautiful speech which I had no idea about it, Kallara and Logan wanted to thank me for accepting them into my family and for always being so caring towards them. At the end of Kallaras speech they presented me with a heart pendant, it was certainly a tear jerker".









The location provided some spectacular backdrops for Dannielle and David's wedding photos, and Dannielle describes the photos as one of the best parts of her wedding day, "The most memorable moment for David and I would be the slideshow our photographer Andrew Leggett (Studio Metro) put together. The slideshow consisted of photos captured in our bridal shoot after the ceremony. To stand there and look at these beautiful images which captured so many heartfelt memories was a surreal feeling".
