| Andrew and Mandy were married at St Patrick's Cathedral in Toowoomba in perfect autumn weather. “My father passed away in February 2005 so I figured the weather was his present to us,” said Mandy. Mandy’s brother walked her down the aisle in a Roz la Klein gown from Bridal Couture. After a traditional ceremony, Mandy and Aaron went for photos at various locations throughout Toowoomba followed by the reception for 85 held at Picnic Point Restaurant.
“It was so lovely,” said Mandy, “my bridesmaids and Mum did a fabulous job of decorating and the band, Slow Train Coming, were great!” Mandy and Aaron were also lucky enough to have a special friend to make their stunning wedding cake, while Mandy’s boss organsied four Mercedes-Benz for their use on the day. “Aaron and I had such a fabulous day - we couldn't have asked for anything more perfect and we can't wait to spend at least the next 60/70 years together!” said Mandy.
To start their life together they embarked on an absolutely fabulous honeymoon. Starting in San Francisco they went onto New York, Seattle, Vancouver and then on an Alaskan cruise on the Dawn Princess “We did heaps of sightseeing and generally just had a great time, said Mandy. |
