Having their own restaurant in picturesque Paradise Point and a passion for exquisite food and exceptional service led to creating Monsoon Catering as part of their journey towards a vivid gastronomic reputation.

Seared Scallops with pumpkin puree and prosciutto crisps, Sticky Lime and Ginger Chicken, Malt Vinegar and Bourbon Pork Belly, Pulled Beef Tacos, Crumbed Camembert with Chilli Jam, Chocolate Tart with raspberry sorbet and ganache. The hardest decision will be choosing which items to serve.
