Hi, I’m Jacqui Retford of Canberra Civil Ceremonies.
I believe that your wedding ceremony should include everything you want and nothing that you don’t.
As your celebrant, I'll provide you with the information about what legally needs to be included in the ceremony (and that’s not a lot) and help you figure out what's meaningful for you as a couple.
I know- planning a wedding can be stressful- you have to sift through a lot of information and make heaps of decisions in a limited amount of time. So for some people, it's easy to get caught up in the venue, photographers, outfits and flowers and lose sight of the fact that it is the marriage ceremony itself that is the difference between a wedding and a party!
I have a simple three step process to make it easy. First connect with me for an obligation free chat. Second, if you feel like I’m a great fit for you, we'll work together to create a ceremony where everything is included because you want it to be. Not because it’s tradition, or because someone tells you should, or because it is expected! Third, on your wedding day, you can relax and enjoy the significant moments of your wedding ceremony while I ensure that everything runs smoothly.
