Traditionally, groomsmen also play the part of usher, showing guests to their seats whilst they await the arrival of the bride and bridesmaids. More often than not these days, the bride and groom will ask other close friends or family to take this role. Lastly, don’t forget the groomsmen gifts, these are usually purchased by the groom as a thank you for taking part in the wedding as well as a way to commemorate your special day for years to come.
Page boysWhen choosing the attire for the groomsmen, consider the page boy if you are having one. As they usually match the groomsmen, ensure the suit or outfit chosen is available in a smaller size. Like the groomsmen,a small gift is purchased by the groom and given to the pageboy as a memento of his contribution to your special day.
