Your Local Wedding Guide Brisbane officially launched its 2011/2012 edition at our annual client party, last Tuesday 21 June. The Landing @ Dockside once again provided a beautiful venue for us and our many wonderful Brisbane wedding vendors to relax and get to know a few of their fellow wedding industry professionals. Penny and her team also catered the event, making sure everyone's glasses were full, and that they had a delicious canapé in their other hand.

The red, black and white of the Brisbane cover were used to great effect by Brendan and his team from Styled Events, who provided the beautiful decorations throughout the venue.

I'm not sure if there is a collective noun for a group of celebrants... Peter Leach, Sue Skinner & Margaret McCormack.



Once everyone found out that those boxes had chocolate roses inside them, the pile shrunk pretty quickly... We really should have gotten a photo of their creator Donna, from Chocolate Dreams by Donna, standing next to them..




The one on the left pulling that excellent face is yours truly, and on the right is our brand new Production Manager Danielle.
